Getting started
As a recipient
- Open the app and connect a Solana wallet.
- Sign the short text that starts with
D00R message key(free, sends nothing). Your encryption key is derived from that signature; nothing secret is stored anywhere. - Pick a mint (USDC or SOL), a bond (at least 1 USDC or 0.01 SOL) and how long you take to answer (1 to 30 days).
- Open the inbox. Creating it locks 0.00167640 SOL of rent for good, because inboxes never close.
- Put your D00R link in your bio.
When a knock arrives, read it in your inbox and choose: reply (the sender gets the whole bond back) or mark it spam before the deadline (you keep 95%).
As a sender
- Open the recipient's link, or knock on someone by wallet or name.
- Check their terms and their record: how many knocks they received, answered, kept as spam, and for how much.
- Write up to 531 characters (a little less with emoji or accents). The app encrypts it to the recipient's key in your browser.
- Send. The bond and a small refundable deposit leave your wallet.
Track it in sent knocks. If nobody answers by the deadline, anyone, including you, can send the bond home.
Before launch
The app runs against live mainnet data in preview. Every button that sends money reads "Opens at launch".
